about

"An inexplicable message flashed onto the screen of his Apple II computer at 3 a.m. heralds the beginning of a startling quest for frustrated author Herman Orff. Taking up the offer of a cure for writer's block leads him 'to those places in your head that you can't get to on your own' - and plunges him into a semi-dreamland inhabited by a bizarre combination of characters from myth and reality: the talking head of Orpheus; a lost love; the young girl of Vermeer's famous portrait - and a frequency of Medusas."

The Medusa Frequency By Russell Hoban was first published in 1987 and is a wonderful baroque portrait of London of the time.
It spits and fizzes with surrealism and humour, both grand and guttural.

The story is one of obsession, passion, frailty, and loss.
It's a narrative that tells of an author of a certain age with an obsessional nature and a severe case of writer's block surrounding
his difficult third novel.

Well... This is my difficult third album and its a bit of a departure for me from my usual fare but here it is.

Hope it takes you to those places in your head that you can't get to on your own.
